Shipping
We offer free upgrades to priority shipping when you join our mailing list.
We ship to physical addresses in the U.S. and Canada only — no P.O. boxes.
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Some items may take longer if they are not physically stocked in-store.

Returns

• 30-day return window for most items.

• 14-day return window for complete (non-custom) bicycles.

• All bicycle returns and special order cancellations (non-custom) are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

• Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

• You are responsible for return shipping.

Shipping Insurance
Full-value shipping insurance is available for bicycles upon request for an extra fee.

Custom Bicycle Build Policy

Thanks for choosing a custom bicycle build with us. Below is a breakdown of what to expect and the terms that apply:

1. All Custom Builds Are Final Sale
Once you're invoiced (even for a deposit or partial payment), those funds are immediately used to order parts specific to your build. These components are often non-returnable and sourced just for you.
Because of this, custom builds are non-refundable. Please be certain before confirming your order — we’re happy to answer any questions up front.

2. Exclusive Pricing
Custom builds often include discounted pricing on parts and accessories that we can't offer on complete, prebuilt bikes. These savings are part of the final-sale agreement and are not available on refundable purchases.

3. Build Timelines
Typical custom builds take between 2–6 weeks, depending on supplier timelines and part availability.
However, some builds — especially when using newly released or hard-to-find components — can take longer. Delays of up to 90 days are not uncommon, and while we’ll keep you updated, we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates.

4. Communication & Updates
We’ll keep you posted on any major updates, backorders, or delays as we go. If you're ever wondering where things stand, just reach out — we’re happy to give you a status update.

5. Changes After Confirmation
Once parts are ordered, changes to your build may not be possible or may require additional charges. We’ll always do our best to accommodate, but some parts are final once ordered.
