Shipping Policy
We offer free upgrades to priority shipping for customers who join our mailing list.
We ship to physical addresses within the United States and Canada only.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Not all items are stocked physically in store, and maybe subject to increased processing time.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.
Shipping insurance is available for the full value of shipped bikes, this service can be added for an additional fee at the customers request.
Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items, and a 14-day return policy for all bicycles.
All Bicycle returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Returned Wheels must be unridden, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return, please contact us via phone or email with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
