Factor’s ability to control every aspect of the manufacturing process allows them to optimize every aspect of the frame design. Advancements like the Svelte Fork increase control, stiffness, and comfort, while the tapered steerer tube enhances steering precision and introduces aerodynamic gains. Always looking for innovative ways to make there bikes even better, we have used ultra high pressure molds when manufacturing the O2 frames. These molds remove excessive resin from the base material, which not only helps to keep the weight to a minimum, but also ensures a stronger, more efficient carbon frame. It’s an innovative engineering solution that translates directly into performance.
